Having a surreal moment right now. The book... exists. The book is out in January and it is almost cracking the top 1000 on Amazon. Pre-orders. And they only list it as Untitled George Stella Cookbook. People are buying it before they even know the name. A lot of people. It never occured to me that I could know it was a bestseller even before it was released.
